Cameron
Personal Trainer: Camerons experience and reputation extends well beyond the Australian borders. He has played First Class Cricket for New Zealand Cricket, represented NSW & Sydney for Cricket Australia and has coaching, team training and player experience with Cricket Canada. He has trained individual and high level professional teams around the world.
Cameron also has experience training beginners wanting to achieve personal health & fitness goals and his approach to personal training is down-to-earth and personable.
Cele
Personal Trainer: Celestina knows how to engage and establish rofessional relationships with corporate clients through her time in the corporate world at a large international bank. Celestina holds a Bachelor of Physical Education, is a certified Punch Fit Instructor and holds a Professional Certificate in Shiatsu Therapy. Celestina is a mother of two children and likes to conduct her sessions in a positive, motivational and fun manner.
Eloise
Personal Trainer: Eloise competed in Athletics for 14 years before deciding to become a Personal Trainer. Eloise is a full-time University student studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has a Certificate in Rehabilitation and has been involved with seminars on training for children and training during pregnancy. She has a Thump Boxing qualification and her style of training is in a circuit format with a lot of variety and fun!
Josefina
Personal Trainer: Josefina has worked as a personal trainer over 6 years. Her holistic approach to training is grounded by her passions for nutrition and herbal medicine. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy. Josefina is also a certified Kettlebell Instructor, holds a Level 1 in Functional Movement Analysis and is a TRX Instructor. Josefina is also completing a Bachelor of Health.
Josefina can provide a tailored exercise program including advice on your nutrition, supplementation and stress management. Her approach to a personal training session is firm but only to ensure you are giving it your all to get the best results.
